In addition to therapeutic development, SomaGenics has several technology applications available for licensing or codevelopment with interested partners. These include:
- Lasso-assisted selection of accessible hybridization sites in RNA targets, both in vitro and in vivo, for use in applications such as RT-PCR assays, in vivo RNA imaging (FISH), and selection of probe sequences for microarrays.
- Preparation of oligonucleotide libraries targeting all sequences within any specified RNA, DNA, or family of genes, for use in siRNA, antisense, ribozyme, or RNA Lasso formats.
